What is Annexure II ?

>>Annexure II is the "Unemployment Certificate" of Yuvasree Application, in this application you need to prove yourself as an unemployed person, and this the Annexure-II is to be signed/certified by a Group A - gazetted Officer.

What is Annexure III ?

>>Annexure III is the "Self Decleration" form.

The beneficiaries are required to submit a self-declaration (Annexure-III) in every six months, so as to ascertain whether the recipient is utilizing the financial assistance for the right cause and undergoing some training course/s to upgrade his/her skill and whether the beneficiary still conforms to the eligibility criteria to receive unemployment assistance under the scheme.

West Bengal Employment Bank

Employment Bank is a web based job portal of The State Government of West Bengal portal, a unique e-governance initiative of the Labour Department, Government of West Bengal to widen the window of job-opportunity for the job-seekers of the State. The portal provides an interactive platform among three key parties namely the Job-seekers, the Job-Providers and the Education & Training providing Institutions. By this Yuvasree Scheme job-seeker will receive @ Rupees 1500/- per month as finance assistance.

Eligibility Criteria:

a) He /She must be unemployment and a resident of West Bengal

b) He /She should be enrolled with Employment Bank as ‘ Job seeker’

c) Educational Qualification should be class VIII pass or above

d) Age should be between 18-45 years as on 1st April of The year

Eligibility Criteria

e)He/ She has not availed financial assistance /loan under any state/central government sponsored Self-Employment scheme.

Only one member of a family is eligible to receive assistance under the scheme.

Quantum of Assistance :

Candidates receive individual unemployment assistance scheme @ Rupees 1500 /- per month.

How to Register Employment Bank:

Job-seekers can enrol online. A temporary enrolment ID will be created. The job-seeker is then required to visit any Employment Exchange of the State for validation of the temporary ID. On validation User-ID and password are sent to the job-seekers through system-generated sms.

• First go the official website of Employment bank (https://employmentbankwb.gov.in/)

• Then Click New Enrolment Job Seeker

• Tick Mark I have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Employment Bank & Click ACCEPT & CONTINUE

• Now, Fill Up The Form Carefully

• Now Click on Submit and Print the Receipt

• Visit Employment Exchange Office for Validatation

• After Verification You will Receive Enrolement Id And Password by SMS form Employment Bank . [ Enrolment Id like this EB20xxxxxxxxxxxx]

• Then Check the Yuvashree List regularly as published.

• If you can find your name in Yuvashree List, Then you have to fill up Annexure-I, Annexur-II.
